Right to retract

Our customers have the right to withdraw and request a full refund within 30 days from the date of original purchase, in accordance with the laws in force in their country of residence. This withdrawal period allows customers to evaluate the quality of our training and decide whether it meets their expectations.

Reimbursement requests

– Email address associated with the order

– Date of purchase of the product

– Reason for requesting reimbursement

Refund conditions

Refund requests will be accepted in the following cases:

a) The customer has exercised his right of withdrawal within the specified period.

b) The training content is found to be defective or does not correspond to the descriptions provided on our website.

c) The client encounters major technical problems which prevent access to the training, despite the efforts of our technical team to resolve these problems.

Reimbursement process

Once the refund request is received, our customer service team will carefully review the reason for the request. If the request is deemed valid according to the refund conditions set out above, we will proceed as follows:

a) Refunds will be made within 30 days of approval of the request.

b) The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the initial purchase, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Exceptions

Refund requests will not be accepted in the following cases:

a) The client did not comply with specific conditions for participation in the training, such as failure to complete a required assessment or failure to participate in live sessions.

b) The customer has already downloaded or accessed a significant amount of the training content.

c) Refund is requested after the specified withdrawal period.

We reserve the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Changes made will be effective as soon as they are published on our website.
